Governor Makinde salutes PDP deputy chairman Arapaja on 67th birthday

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has congratulated the Deputy National Chairman (South) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Deputy Governor of the state, Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja, on the occasion of his 67th birthday.
In a statement issued in Ibadan on Monday, Governor Makinde described Ambassador Arapaja as a dependable ally, experienced leader, and statesman who has devoted a significant part of his life to the service of Oyo State, Nigeria, and humanity.
The governor lauded Arapaja for his consistent contributions to the growth of the PDP and the sustenance of democracy in Nigeria, noting that he has remained a loyal party man and a committed patriot.
“Ambassador Arapaja has been a reliable democrat and a worthy PDP stalwart who continues to play a vital role in the stability and progress of our party and the nation’s democracy,” Makinde stated.
He prayed for long life, renewed strength, and continued wisdom for the celebrant to enable him to contribute more to the development of Oyo State, the PDP, and the country at large.
