Governor AbdulRazaq described the late Chief of Staff as a vital support system for his administration.
“This is a great loss,” he said. “He was a stabilizing factor in our administration and a pillar of support. We will truly miss him. May Allah grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus.”
Governor Ododo also paid tribute, describing Mahe as a peace-loving individual.
“He was a peace-loving personality. The entire family and the state will miss him. From Him, we come, and unto Him, we shall return. What we owe him now is prayer, and we will continue to pray for him,” Ododo said.
Prince Mahe, a septuagenarian, was appointed Chief of Staff on November 3, 2023. Before this, he served as the Secretary to the State Government. He was also a retired Permanent Secretary and Clerk of the Kwara State House of Assembly.
