Popular Ibadan-based Fuji musician, Taye Currency, has revealed that he lost a whopping ₦10 million to the now-defunct online trading platform, CBEX.
The musician made the disclosure during a stage performance, a video of which has since gone viral on social media.
Narrating his ordeal, Taye Currency explained that he transferred ₦10 million from his insurance account into CBEX, hoping to earn significant returns.
However, he expressed deep regret over the decision and publicly called out several friends who introduced him to the failed investment scheme. The names he mentioned include Sodiq, Small London (Alaba), Lati, and Boda Muba.
The Fuji star lamented that trusting their advice ultimately led to his substantial financial loss.
