Julius Berger sets up Equipment Academy

Construction giant, Julius Berger, has set up an academy at its main yard in Abuja to boost manpower and train more Nigerians.
The academy will be run in partnership with Armed Forces Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. In a statement posted on its official Facebook page, Julius Berger says the academy will run six months certificate programme for its students.
The post read, “We are delighted to announce the launch of Julius Berger Plant and Equipment Academy (PEA). The academy was commissioned earlier today, February 25th, 2022, at the Julius Berger Main Yard in Abuja.
“In partnership with the Armed Forces Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (AFEME)’s Mechatronics School, this pioneering stage of the PEA is already offering a six-month certificate course that will expose trainees to extensive and practical mechatronics repair experience.”
