JUST IN: INEC excludes Pantami from final list of Gombe governorship candidates

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has excluded the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Gombe State, Prof. Isa Pantami, from its final list of candidates for the election.

Pantami, who recently won a fresh PDP governorship primary, was missing from the list released by the commission for Gombe State.

INEC has yet to publicly explain the reason for his exclusion.
