Lagos Politics: Rhodes-Vivour hints on contesting for governorship in 2027
Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour , popularly known as GRV, has hinted that he would contest for the 2027 governorship election in Lagos.
He gave the hint while speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Thursday.
GRV said he wouldn’t give up on actualising his ambition to be Lagos State Governor.
He, however, didn’t indicate if he would still use the LP platform or contest under another political party.
Rhodes-Vivour, was the 2023 governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP) but lost to the incumbent, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
