LASG seals Ajah market over failure to patronize PSP
Lagos state government on Sunday sealed the ultra modern Ajah market in Eti-Osa local government area, over failure to patronize PSP.
This was disclosed on X (formerly twitter) by the Spokesman for Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Kunle Adeshina.
Adeshina said the operation was carried out by Taskforce on Environmental and Special Offences in conjunction with Lagos Waste Management Agency (LAWMA), LASTMA/KAI operatives.
He added ” As directed by HC MOE&WR Tokunbo Wahab, the Task force on Environmental and Special Offences in conjunction with LAWMA, LASTMA/KAI Operatives sealed up the Ultra Modern Ajah Market early Sunday, 5th of November, 2023.
” Offences incude: Filthy environment, Dirty drainages, Failure to patronize PSP , Urinating by perimeter fence of the Market. Unkept environment”.
