Lawmaker offers Law School scholarship to first class graduate
A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Femi Saheed, has offered full law school scholarship to one of his constituents, Modinat Olowogaba.
Saheed made this known through his verified Facebook wall on Sunday.
Olowogaba, in 2023, graduated with 4.51 First Class CGPA in the Faculty of Law, Lagos State University, Ojo.
The lawmaker who is representing Kosofe 2, said that he was amazed at her strong determination and resilience despite parental challenges, adding that her story was an inspiration to numerous young Nigerians struggling with little to achieve greatness.
Saheed said: “I am thrilled to learn about the success of my constituent and brilliant young lady, Olowogaba Modinat Ayomipo who bagged 4.51 First Class CGPA in Department of Law, Lagos State University for year 2023.
“I am further amazed at her strong determination and resilience coping with the absence of her late father and little support from her mother’s petty trade to achieve this feat.
“Her story is an inspiration to numerous other young Nigerians out there struggling with little to achieve something great.
“I will offer Miss Olowogaba a full scholarship to the Law School so that she can strive to achieve even greater records. Congratulations to her and her family”.
