Makinde announces free tickets for youths ahead of Davido’s ‘5ive’ Tour in Ibadan

Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has approved the distribution of thousands of free tickets to young residents across the state for Davido’s ‘5ive’ Tour scheduled to hold in Ibadan.
The initiative, coordinated by the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, aims to promote youth engagement while supporting the creative and entertainment industries in the state.
According to the organizers, ticket distribution will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, located within the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Secretariat, Ibadan.
Distribution will begin at 9:00 a.m., and tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Interested youths are required to present any of the following for verification: Local Government Identification Card, Voter’s Card, or National Identification Number (NIN) to confirm residency in Oyo State.
The Ibadan leg of Davido’s ‘5ive’ Tour is expected to attract over 20,000 fans, making it one of the biggest entertainment events of the year.
