Nigerian envoy engages Sinoma International on climate action in Beijing

Special Presidential Envoy on Climate Action, Ajuri Ngelale, has recently conducted a series of significant meetings with the executive management of Sinoma International Engineering Company at their Beijing headquarters.
The discussions involved prominent figures such as Board Chairman Yin Zhisong and the company’s President Zhu Bing.
The talks spanned a wide array of critical issues, with a primary focus on Sinoma’s expertise in decarbonizing mining practices and delivering comprehensive ecological support and restoration.

Key advancements by Sinoma in automating various manufacturing processes, including Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) and wind blade production, were also highlighted during the meetings.
These technologies are pivotal as Nigeria seeks to localize production, encompassing the entire process from assembly to completion.
Ngelale commended Sinoma’s innovative and determined leadership, describing the company’s achievements as impressive.
He emphasized the significance of this engagement and expressed optimism for further productive discussions in the coming days.
