NRC boss visits Agege train station to reinforce inclusiveness in transportation services

The Managing Director, Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), Dr Kayode Opeifa and his team recently visited the Agege Train station also known as Babatunde Fashola station to reinforce its commitment to inclusiveness in transportation services in Nigeria.

Opeifa  in a tweet on X  said, “In continuation of our facilities and critical assets assessment, where we evaluated existing facilities in line with our plans for expansion. 

“A major focus of this development is to integrate features that will enhance passengers and the community experience, especially accessibility for persons with disabilities, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive transportation services.”

He added that, “As a management team, we remain resolute in our mission to deliver a seamless, efficient, and modern rail transport system that meets the evolving needs of Nigerians. 

“We will continue to put in the necessary work, implement key reforms, and drive the transformation of the NRC in alignment with national railway modernization goals.”
