Oba Ghandi visits Kwara governor, advocates regional cooperation

The Soun of Ogbomoso, His Imperial Majesty Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, has paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, at the historic Ahmadu Bello House in Ilorin.
The revered monarch was accompanied by Reverend Niyi Adebayo and Professor Sola Adepoju during the visit, which he described as both warm and deeply impactful.
In his remarks, Oba Olaoye emphasized the enduring historical, cultural, and regional connections between Kwara State and Ogbomosoland, underscoring the importance of unity and collaboration in regional development.
He commended Governor AbdulRazaq for his humility, clarity of vision, and unwavering commitment to the growth and prosperity of Kwara State.
“As we continue to build bridges of unity and sustainable development across our borders, may this encounter serve as a reminder that true transformation is rooted in collaboration,” the monarch stated.
Oba Olaoye also extended his heartfelt appreciation to the governor for the warm reception and hospitality accorded to him and his delegation.
