Ogundoyin congratulates Makinde on 58th birthday, praises his leadership

Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde on his 58th birthday, describing him as a blessing to both Oyo State and Nigeria.
In a message released on December 25, 2025, the Speaker praised Makinde’s people-centered leadership, visionary governance, and commitment to the state’s development.
He highlighted the governor’s accomplishments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, workers’ welfare, and youth empowerment, noting that Makinde’s leadership inspires confidence and trust.
Ogundoyin also commended the collaborative relationship between the Executive and Legislature, emphasizing that Makinde’s leadership fosters transparency, cooperation, and mutual respect between both arms of government.
“On behalf of the 10th Oyo State House of Assembly and the people of Ibarapa East, I join millions of Nigerians in celebrating a transformational leader. Your birthday, coinciding with Christmas, is symbolic, as your service continues to benefit many,” the speaker said.
He prayed for God’s guidance, good health, and strength for the governor as he leads Oyo State into another year of progress.
“Happy 58th birthday, Your Excellency. Oyo is grateful for your leadership, Nigeria is proud of your impact, and we remain committed to supporting your agenda for a better tomorrow,” Ogundoyin added.
