Okpebholo reconstitutes AAU governing council, appoints Orbih as Chairman

The governor of Edo State, Sen. Monday Okpebholo has approved the reconstitution of the Governing Council of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.

This was announced in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, on Tuesday.

A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Daniel Osikheme Orbih made the list as Chairman.

Others are; Martins Osakwe, Prof. Steve Amiemenkharu Iyayi, Hon. Lukman Muhammad, Prof. Idialu Jeremiah Uwaifo, Prof. Eric Kelly Inanemo Omogbai, and Prof. Omoruyi Ikponmwonse Osahon.

According to the statement, the appointment takes immediate effect from December 31, 2024.
