Olaopa to deliver keynote address at National Civil Service Conference in Katsina

The National Council of Civil Service Commissions of the Federation will convene a four-day conference in Katsina State starting Monday, with a keynote speech by the Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), Prof. Tunji Olaopa.
Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umar Radda, will officially declare the conference open, welcoming participants from civil service commissions across Nigeria.
This year’s theme, “The Role of the Civil Service Commission in Driving the Renewed Hope Agenda,” highlights the pivotal role of the civil service in advancing national development. Attendees will include civil service commissioners, permanent secretaries, civil servants, and other key stakeholders.
The event will feature several distinguished speakers. Prof. Olaopa’s keynote address will set the stage, while other notable contributions include:
Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, presenting her vision for an “Epic-reprofiled Federal Civil Service.”
Prof. Adeola Adenikinju, speaking on “Delivering the Renewed Hope Agenda and Programme Bond.”
Mr. Soji Agampa, addressing “Ethical Leadership and Service Delivery.”
Prof. Abdullah Y. Shehu, discussing “The Causes and Effects of Corruption on Leadership and Governance: A Public Sector Approach.”
Dr. Anthony Osas Okungbowa, Edo State’s Head of Service, speaking on “Nigerian Civil Service: Building into the Future.”
The immediate past Chairman of the FCSC, Dr. Tukur Bella Ingawa, will also deliver a goodwill message during the event.
