Omotola Jalade hosts ex-President Obasanjo at movie premiere

Legendary Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade hosted former President Olusegun Obasanjo at the premiere of her directorial debut, Mother’s Love, on Sunday.
During the star-studded event, Omotola’s daughter, Maria, surprised her by making an unexpected appearance. Other celebrities who graced the occasion included Denrele Edun and Ruth Kadiri, among others.
Mother’s Love explores the travails of mothers and the extent to which they sacrifice for their children. The film was described by Omotola, who serves as both producer and director, as a “gift to fans.”
The movie features notable actors including Omotola Jalade, Lilian Afegbai and Nosa Rex, among others.
