Osimhen’s pregnant girlfriend escapes injury in three-vehicle crash in Türkiye
Stefanie Kim Ladewig, the eight-month pregnant girlfriend of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, has escaped injury following a three-vehicle accident in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Ladewig, 26, was taken to a private hospital for precautionary medical examinations due to her pregnancy but was discharged after doctors confirmed she was in good condition.
According to Türkiye Today, which cited the Demirören News Agency, the accident occurred at about 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday in the Mithatpasa neighbourhood of Kemerburgaz, within Istanbul’s Eyupsultan district.
The report said Ladewig was driving an SUV when she entered a bend and collided with a light commercial vehicle driven by a person identified as Paris T.
The impact reportedly caused her to lose control of the SUV, which subsequently crashed into another SUV travelling in the opposite direction.
The accident involved two SUVs and a light commercial vehicle. Although all three vehicles sustained damage, no injuries were reported.
Ladewig was taken to a private hospital in the Maslak area of Istanbul’s Sariyer district for checks because she was eight months pregnant. She was later discharged after undergoing the examinations.
