Osinbajo hails Duchess hospital’s ‘amazing team of surgeons’

Recuperating Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo has praised the doctors, nurses and other medical professionals at Duchess hospital Lagos for looking after him.

Osinbajo had kneel surgery at the GRA Ikeja based hospital some days ago following injury he sustained while playing squash game.

President Muhammadu Buhari and other leaders sent goodwill messages to the number two citizen and wished him quick recovery whilst also praising healthcare professionals in Nigeria especially the team at the upscale hospital that opened for business less than a year ago.

Taking to his social media handles Sunday afternoon, Osinbajo expressed his appreciation to all his caregivers and shared a group picture with them at the hospital.

The Vice President wrote: “My deep gratitude to everyone for your get-well wishes and prayers following my surgery.

“And special appreciation to the amazing team of surgeons, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and the management of the Duchess International Hospital Lagos @duchesshospital , for providing such excellent care.

“God bless you all.”
