Osun LG polls: Adeleke orders restriction of vehicular movement tomorrow

Ahead of the local government election in Osun State, Governor Ademola Adeleke has ordered a restriction of vehicular movement from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, 22nd February 2025, across the state.
In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, Adeleke reiterated his commitment to peace and security, stating that the restriction is necessary to prevent the influx of hoodlums into the state.
He directed security agencies to enforce the restriction, allowing only voters, accredited media personnel, and civil society organizations to ensure the continued peace and security of Osun State.
