OYRTMA launches online platform for public feedback

By Adejayan Gbenga –
The Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) has unveiled a new online platform to enable members of the public to submit complaints, feedback, and suggestions regarding the conduct of its personnel.
The initiative was announced on Monday, August 4, 2025, in a statement by the state’s Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Prince Dotun Oyelade.
The digital complaint channel, accessible via https://complaint.oyrtma.com, is designed to improve transparency and accountability within the agency. Citizens can file reports anonymously or include their identity, with all submissions handled confidentially.
Speaking in Ibadan at the launch, OYRTMA’s Executive Chairman, Major Adekoya Adesagba (rtd), described the initiative as a significant step toward enhancing public trust and service delivery.
“This platform empowers the public to hold OYRTMA personnel accountable while providing us with valuable feedback to enhance our operations. Every complaint will be treated with urgency and confidentiality,” he said.
The platform features tools for reporting misconduct by OYRTMA officials, filing internal reports, submitting complaints anonymously or with a verified identity, and accessing a secure, user-friendly interface.
Residents, motorists, and stakeholders across the state are encouraged to use the platform to support a more efficient and professional traffic management system.
