PHOTO NEWS: CAF star Ademola Lookman presents award to President Tinubu in Lagos

Nigeria’s skipper, Ademola Lookman, on Thursday, paid a courtesy visit to President Bola Tinubu at his Lagos residence, where he presented the Best African International Footballer Award he recently received at the awards in Ghana, Accra.
The forward, who clinched the prestigious continental honour following his electrifying performances for Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Italian club Atalanta, was accompanied by the Chairman of the National Sports Commission, Mallam Shehu Dikko.
The award, a recognition of Lookman’s outstanding performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Côte d’Ivoire, was handed over in a symbolic gesture to appreciate the President’s support for Nigerian sports and youth development.
