PHOTO NEWS: Army names Ikeja Cantonment after Late General Lagbaja
The Nigerian Army has named Ikeja Cantonment after the late Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Taoreed Lagbaja.
General Lagbaja died last year in active service.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Chief of the Defence Staff, Gen. Christopher Musa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Olufemi Oluyede, Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar, Chief of Naval Staff (represented), Chief of Defence Intelligence, Major General Emmanuel Undiandeye, Wife of the Late COAS General, Mrs Mariam Abiodun Lagbaja, other top Military Officials and Senior Lagos State Government Officials.
Event organized by the Nigerian Army and the Ministry of Defence.
