President Muhammadu Buhari in Lisbon earlier today was received by Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa to formally start his state visit.
On President Buhari’s delegation are Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyema and National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Munguno, (rtd) and Mrs. Abike Dabiri.
