PHOTO NEWS: Ganduje, Akpabio, Sanwo-Olu, Abiodun welcome Umo Eno to APC

Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State was on Saturday officially welcomed into the All Progressives Congress (APC) during a colourful ceremony held at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.

APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, led the event, where he formally presented the party’s flag to Governor Eno. Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Vice President Kashim Shettima, who represented President Bola Tinubu, were also present.

The event drew an impressive turnout of APC governors, including Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Bassey Otu (Cross River), Hope Uzodimma (Imo), AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara), Usman Ododo (Kogi), Umar Namadi (Jigawa), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Godwin Obaseki (Edo), Francis Nwifuru (Ebonyi), Ahmed Aliyu (Sokoto), and Lucky Aiyedatiwa (Ondo).

The gathering which featured vibrant cultural displays, was attended by other top APC stakeholders, lawmakers, and party faithful.
