President Paul Kagame, his counterparts, Macky Sall of Senegal, Katalin Novak of Hungary and other global leaders participated at the opening session of the Women Deliver Conference 2023 in Kigali on Monday.
At the opening ceremony, President Kagame delivered a keynote address before a high-level panel discussion on achieving gender equality priorities featuring, President Macky Sall, Katalin Novák, President Sahle-Work Zewde of Ethiopia, Dr. Natalia Kanem and Shabana Basij-Rasikh.
