President Paul Kagame of Rwanda and other leaders around the world which included African leaders on Saturday in Ankara attended the swearing-in ceremony of President Recep Erdoğan for the third time.

On his verified social media accounts, President Kagame wrote:

“This afternoon in Ankara, President Kagame joined Heads of State and dignitaries for the inauguration ceremony of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as he begins his third term as President of Türkiye.”
