Supporters of Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi converged on Unity Fountain, Saturday morning to drum support for the party ahead of the 2023 presidential election.

Supporters of Obi under the banner of the Obidient Movement have been staging rallies and walks across major cities and towns in the county in the last few weeks to mobilise support for their candidate.

Obi’s supporters have touted the spread and appeal of the Labour Party candidate especially on social media as evidence that Nigerians are willing to vote for what they called a new political order adding that contrary the popular held belief that the party does not have structure to win a presidential election, the people will be the structure Obi needs to win.
