Following the signing of a shareholders’ agreement for the establishment of a Shipping Joint Venture (JV) named Unity Shipping Worldwide (USW) earlier in the year, the NNPC Shipping Ltd., a subsidiary of the NNPC Ltd., and its partners – Caverton Marine and Stena Bulk on Tuesday met at the NNPC Towers, where they pledged to make the JV a reference point in success.
