President Muhammadu Buhari joined British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, President Paul Kagame of Rwanda, President Wavel Ramkalawan of Seychelles, President Eric Keabetswe of Botswana, Prime Minister Fiame Mata’afa of Samoa and Senator Jerome Walcott, Barbados Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Commonwealth Secretary-General, Patricia Scotland, President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone during the CHOGM Retreat at the Intare Arena, Kigali.

At the high-level closed-door meeting, the leaders decided the community’s priorities for the next two years.
