Vice President Kashim Shettima, All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, and other APC governors gathered in Akure, the Ondo State capital, to rally support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, who is seeking a full mandate in Saturday’s governorship election.

Aiyedatiwa faces competition from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate and former Deputy Governor of the state, Hon. Agboola Ajayi.

Sharing moments from the rally on his social media account Wednesday evening, Governor Sanwo-Olu wrote:

“Today, I joined Vice President Kashim Shettima, along with other governors and party leaders, at the APC Mega Rally in Akure, to rally support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s candidacy.”
