Vice President Kashim Shettima on Friday represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the wedding Fatiha of Abdullah Sambo, son of former Vice President Namadi Sambo, at Al-Furqan Mosque, Kano. The ceremony was solemnized with a N500,000 bride price in the presence of top dignitaries.
On his return to Abuja, Shettima also attended the wedding of Khalifa Ishaq Baffa Jibrin and Maryam Amani Yahaya at the National Mosque, personally giving out the bride.
