PHOTO NEWS: Tinubu pays condolence visit to Dantata family in Kano

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday paid a condolence visit to the Dantata family in Kano State over the passing of business mogul and philanthropist, Alhaji Aminu Dantata.

The President was received by Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, alongside members of the bereaved family, including Alhaji Tajudeen Dantata, the son of the late elder statesman.

President Tinubu was seen consoling members of the family and offering prayers for the repose of the soul of the late Dantata, who was widely respected for his contributions to commerce and community development in Northern Nigeria.

Also present during the visit were the Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar; Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote; and elder statesman, Alhaji Tanko Yakasai, among other dignitaries.

The President commiserated with the family, describing the late Alhaji Aminu Dantata as a patriotic Nigerian who lived a life of integrity and service to humanity.
