PHOTO NEWS: Wike attends PDP South-South zonal meeting in Calabar
Former Governor of Rivers State and Minister of Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike attended the South-South PDP Zonal Congress in Calabar, Cross River State on Saturday.
PDP has been embroiled in crisis as a fallout of the 2023 Presidential election primaries where Wike lost to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
Wike led a group of 5 Governors who campaigned against Atiku and worked for the election of President Bola Tinubu.
Since Wike joined Tinubu’s government he has been a consistent voice against the faction of the PDP that is still loyal to the former Vice President Atiku and Presidential candidate of the PDP in 2023 election.
