Police declare Mbadugha Aloysius Nnanyelugo wanted over alleged masterminding communities clash

The police have declared Mbadugha Aloysius Nnanyelugo the youth leader of Nawfia community wanted.
Our correspondence gathered that on Sept.10, 2024, there was an incident at Nawfia farm land at Isionye (a boundary between Nawfia and Engukwu communities).
It was discovered that Aloysius led the Nawfia community youths to the land as they accused the people of Engukwu of selling their land and this confrontation led to the clash that took the lives of three young men from Enugukwu and one seriously injured with gunshots.
Enugukwu people are now accusing Nawfia community to be responsible for the incident. The lgwe in council from Nawfia went and met with those of Enugukwu which made Nawfia community believed the matter was resolved.
But unfortunately on 6th Of Oct 2024, five youths were shot dead in Nawfia beside the youth leader’s home (Mbadugha) by some unknown gunmen and our correspondence was also informed that It did not end there, that another incident happened on 16th of Oct, when three vigilante members were kidnapped from Nawfia community and the lifeless bodies of two people were discovered along Awka- Onitsha express road and on the following day they discovered that another person was missing.
It was further revealed to our correspondence that the youth leader Mr. Aloysius Mbadugha who has escaped several attempt to his life by unknown gunmen and some other youths of the community have fled for their lives. The community leaders told our correspondence that they are all living in fear and most parents are worried on the whereabout of their children.
They said the incident has been reported to the police and investigation is still on going and that the police have declared Mbadugha Aloysius Nnanyelugo wanted whom they believe is the masterminder of the clash. It was further gathered that the police have appealed to the public that anybody that know the where about of Mbadugha Aloysius Nnanyelugo should report to the nearest police station.
