Police declare murder suspect wanted in Osun

The Osun State Police Command has declared one Rasheed Hamed popularly known as Rasheed Okoilu wanted over murder, arson, ritual killing, armed robbery, rape and kidnapping.
The police command in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Yemisi Opalola said anybody with useful information about the suspect’s whereabouts will be rewarded handsomely.
According to Opalola, Hamed who hails from Ede, Osun State has been causing menance in the town and entire state.
She said: “Rasheed Hamed is 35 years old, dark in complexion, white teeth, 1.75m tall, pointed nose, oblong head, black hair.
“Anybody that harbor the suspect will be treated by the police as accomplice to the crimes highlighted above.”
The suspect had in a viral audio threatened to kill anybody he meet anytime he comes to Ede saying, “I see you, you die, you see me, you die.”

He alleged that the traditional ruler in the ancient town, Timi of Ede, Oba Muniru Adesola Lawal, was the cause of the crisis in the town as well as have hands in the killing of his mother and brothers and then threatened to kill him as well.
