Police declared Obiagwu  Udoka Marcel wanted over homosexual. 

The Nigeria Police Force has declared Obiagwu Udoka MarceL wanted over an offence of homosexual.  A warrant of arrest has been issued by a Magistrate Court in Imo state.

On 5th of August 2018, he was caught in the act in the village where he was born, which is Ihioma Village in Orlu local government area of Imo state,  with one Nonso Akaenyi by the vigilant group.

Some irate  youth promised to deal with him, possibly to kill as they said homosexual is against the norms, custom and culture of their village.  According to them, homosexual activity is a taboo to the people of Ihioma and is even against the Nigeria law.

Marcel’s partner who was caught with him in the act (Nonso Akaenyi) has been arrested by the police and he has been prosecuted and jailed according to Nigeria law on homosexual.

He is last seen in Abuja, Nigeria. 

Police have appealed to the general public that if seen, he should be arrested and handed over to the nearest police station.
