President Bola Tinubu has expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for His protection and guidance as he marked his 73rd birthday with a special prayer at the National Mosque in Abuja.
Speaking after the prayer session on Friday, Tinubu said he felt happy and thankful for God’s continued blessings.

“I feel good, I feel happy, and we give thanks to Almighty Allah, who has protected us so far and continues to answer our prayers. Accepting our ibadah (worship) is key and very important to all of us,” he said.

The President also emphasized the need for prayers for Nigeria’s stability, peace, and the safety of all citizens.

When asked how the occasion renewed his dedication to service, Tinubu highlighted the importance of perseverance and faith.

“The word for all of this is hard work—you work harder, you pray harder. That is the inspiration I got from this,” he stated.

The President reaffirmed his commitment to national progress, urging Nigerians to remain steadfast in their prayers and dedication to building a stronger nation.
