President Tinubu, First Lady console Gov Eno, over wife’s passing

President Bola Tinubu has extended his condolences to Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State following the passing of his wife, Pastor Patience Umo Eno.
In a statement by Bayo Onanuga on Friday, the President expressed his grief to the Eno family, the state government, and the people of Akwa Ibom.
President Tinubu praised the late First Lady for her remarkable support of her husband’s administration and her lasting impact on the state through her “Golden Initiative for All,” which focused on improving the lives of women, children, and vulnerable communities.
He also commended her humility, resilience, and dedication to public service, emphasizing that her legacy will continue to inspire future generations in Akwa Ibom.
Offering prayers of comfort, the President entrusted the grieving family and the people of Akwa Ibom to the eternal care of God during this difficult time.
In a separate statement, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu expressed her sorrow, describing Pastor Patience Umo Eno as a God-fearing and compassionate woman devoted to her family and state.
The First Lady also offered prayers for strength and comfort to the Eno family and the people of Akwa Ibom, noting that her grace and humility will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.
