Renowned oil magnate and philanthropist, Arthur Eze, has described President Bola Tinubu as “God’s gift to Nigeria,” praising his leadership style, reform agenda, and commitment to national unity.
In comments featured in an upcoming State House documentary commemorating President Tinubu’s second year in office, Prince Eze, the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Oranto Petroleum, said the President embodies the kind of bold and inclusive leadership the country needs at a defining moment in its history.
“God doesn’t make mistakes. That man, Tinubu, was created for a purpose. God gave him the power to change lives,” Eze said. “Tinubu has no enemies. He is a unifier. He speaks with humility and honesty; that’s why we admire him.”
Reflecting on his personal experience during the Nigerian civil war and his longstanding ties to the Southeast, Prince Eze commended Tinubu’s efforts to bridge national divides and promote development in historically marginalized regions.
“What Tinubu has done for the Southeast, nobody else has,” he stated. “He gave us the Minister of Works, the Minister of Science and Technology, and the Southeast Development Commission. This is an opportunity for the Igbo to unite with the rest of Nigeria.”
Eze also expressed support for the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda, saying that Tinubu assumed office amid economic challenges and political instability, yet has shown “the wisdom and resolve required to steer the nation forward.”
“God has given him the wisdom to change Nigeria for the good of the present and future generations,” the 76-year-old business leader added.
He urged Nigerians across religious and ethnic divides to support the President’s administration for the sake of national stability and progress.
