Pretty Mike reveals sexual assault by housemaid at 13

Controversial socialite Eze-Nwalie Nwogu, popularly known as Pretty Mike, has courageously shared his experience of being sexually assaulted by his parents’ housemaid when he was just 13 years old.

He made this revelation during a recent episode of the In The Company Of Men podcast, where he spoke openly about the importance of men discussing sexual abuse.

“Men have been encouraged to come forward and talk about sexual abuse and being taken advantage of at a young age,” Pretty Mike said.

He continued, “I lost my virginity at 13 to my housemaid—not just one, but two. Did this experience change my perspective on sex? Yes. Am I sharing this to highlight something negative that happened to me? I think I’ve chosen to let it go, especially considering my age at the time. Nowadays, 13 can sometimes even be seen as an adult.”

He added, “For those who were abused at ages 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10, it’s a different situation because they had no understanding of what was happening. I always urge parents to pay close attention to their children—not just daughters, but sons as well.”

Pretty Mike also pointed out a common oversight: “Parents often focus on protecting their female children when hiring domestic workers, but what about the boys? They are all young and vulnerable. There shouldn’t be a double standard. Parents need to watch out for all their kids and ensure no one takes advantage of them, regardless of gender.”
