Aryfad boss admonishes Muslims to intercede for Nigeria during Ramadan

The Seriki Musulumi Adinni of Adamasingba and its environ in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, Dr. Raymond Adewale has admonished Muslims in the country to use the occasion of the Ramadan fasting to intercede for the peace and stability of the nation.
He also urged Muslim faithful to observe the on going Ramadan fast with high purity and fear of Almighty Allah based on the lay down command of Allah on the exercise.
Dr Adewale gave the admonition in Ibadan while speaking on the need to pray for the country at this challenging period when the nation is faced with multiple political and economic problems.
According to him, Ramadan fast is a command from Allah on self denial and spiritual purification of Muslim faithful, adding that the high point of the exercise was obedience of Muslims to the command of Almighty Allah.
Dr Adewale, who is also the Aare Agbara adua used the occasion to congratulate the Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Olalekan Balogun, the Alli Okunmade II on the first Ramadan fast being observed under his tenure as king in Ibadan land.
He admonished sons and daughters of Ibadan and residents to cooperate with Oba Balogun to make his tenure peaceful and progressive.
