Rwanda President, Paul Kagame, in Davos for World Economic Forum

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has arrived in Davos, Switzerland where he is now attending a discussion on Sports as a Unifying Force.

This year WEF is featuring H.H. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar; Gianni Infantino, FIFA President; Patrice Motsepe, CAF President and Arsène Wenger, former Arsenal manager.

Kagame will attend a session where discussion will feature Jillian Anne Ellis, San Diego Wave FC President; Édouard Mendy, goalkeeper for Premier League club Chelsea and the Senegal national team and Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima known as “O Fenômeno” widely considered one of the greatest players of all time.

The annual WEF which features Heads of State, leaders in private sector, policy makers and activists has not been held since 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
