Senate fully supports Tinubu’s reforms, policies – Akpabio at NRS hq’s commissioning

The Senate President of Nigeria, Senator Godswill Akpabio, affirmed the unalloyed support of the Nigerian Senate to policies and reforms of the Tinubu-led administration.

He formally pledged the National Assembly’s “total support” for the administration’s policies while giving his goodwill message at the commissioning of the National Revenue Service headquarters on Tuesday in Abuja, signaling a unified front between the legislative and executive branches.

According to him, this alignment serves to fundamentally transform Nigeria’s economic and legislative landscape, removing the hurdles that previously stalled national progress.

Speaking on the formalization of the NRS through the commissioning of its headquarters, Akpabio hailed the completion of the 16-floor complex, noting that it is a symbol of “measurable, visible outcomes” that define the current era of governance.

He added that the massive structure represents a shift toward tangible development, proving that the government can deliver high-level infrastructure for the nation’s benefit.

Akpabio equally described the facility as a beacon of progress, moving the nation forward by professionalizing the environment where Nigeria’s wealth is managed.

By linking legislative unity to physical achievement, Akpabio framed the new headquarters as the ultimate evidence of a country finally transcending its past challenges.
