Shattering the house of lies (Part II) – By Alli Ibraheem

On the 14th of February, I was pronounced the Chief Press Secretary to Oluwo of Iwoland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi. Oluwo’s coronation was held on January 16th ,2016. Between 2016 and February 2017 when i joined, he used about 3 press secretaries. I conducted an in-depth investigation as to why such hasty change of hands. I observed Oluwo and chose a day for a personal interaction to know his missions, visions and discuss his approaches. During the engagement, he declared “I’ve made a covenant with Olodumare (God) to worship him alone. Deities and idols have no And I’ve promised not to lord myself on my subjects by acquiring their properties or selling their lands. I want to be a father they will be proud of. A father of note, merit and credit. I want to see Iwo of my dream”
His vision and mission statements endeared me most importantly his commitment to resign his throne purely to God. I invested more time in observing Oluwo. Interestingly, there is no single day Oluwo will not discuss the exclusive attributes, powers and attributes of Olodumare (God).
As his spokesperson, people engage me to know the secret and power of Oluwo. I will always tell them God is his strength. A caller even told me Oluwo is using Cuba’s spiritual power. I declared to him that Oluwo has no hidden place in his palace. There is no section of his palace forbidden for his kitchen cabinets.
One day, I was engaging his majesty in an elaborate discussion majorly in kingship and kings. Oba Abdulrosheed reiterated and vowed to maintain his stool without idolatry and deity. He declared “God should remove the crown from my head the day I associate any partner with him”.
Kabiesi acquainted me of how many confraternity groups paid him a visit in seclusion. He mentioned how he was spoke to them authoritatively and frankly declared his stand against occultic practices.
Having studied his words, and his dedication to restore the glory of Kingship by resigning to the King of Kings, I streamlined my assignment in line with his monarchical teachings “iku wa, ajoku. Awe wa, ajo gba”.
There was a mother of all Ogun shrines in front of Oluwo palace. There were many attempts to relocate the shrine before the enthronement of Oba Abdulrosheed. Some actors were incarcerated while others were spiritually attacked. The development led to pandemonium for months.
At the behest of Olodumare, Oluwo, relocated the shrine within 10hours. It was stormy, bizarre, tempestuous, windy, blustery and turbulent but a victorious day, and a beginning of a new era to achieve Iwo of his dream. It is history today. Ogun ode nla has gone and gone forever. May it never happen to Iwo again.
When the shrine was moved, the idol worshippers threw stones. Today, those stones were parts of the pebbles Oluwo gathered to build a castle. Many declared 7-day, other 21days for evil against Oluwo. Many of them and their agents are still waiting for the repercussions of holding firmly to God. They planned, God plans. Who is the best planner.
Those repercussions shall be discussed in part III.
