By Mosunmola Ayobami, Ilorin –
In celebration of her 45th birthday, Ilorin-based socialite and cloth merchant, Olajumoke Ogundele, extended a gesture of goodwill by distributing foodstuffs, including rice, beans, yam tubers, cornflour, and garri, to 45 beneficiaries.
The distribution coincided with her birthday celebration, where guests were also treated to sumptuous meals and assorted drinks.

In her address, Ogundele revealed that this act of philanthropy began five years ago when she turned 40, at which time 40 individuals benefited from the initiative. She described the gesture as a means of giving back to the community and expressing gratitude to God for the abundance in her life.
Representing the beneficiaries, Mallam Tahir Alabi and Mrs Yetunde Ayodele commended Ogundele for her generosity and offered special prayers for her continued success and well-being.
