Super Eagles coaches travel to Kigali on Sunday ahead of WCQ clash

Super Eagles coaches and backroom staff, led by Chief Coach Eric Chelle, are set to depart Nigeria this Sunday ahead of a must-win 2026 World Cup qualifier against hosts Rwanda.
It was gathered that the Malian gaffer and his technical staff will make a stopover in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, en route to Kigali.
The Super Eagles will face the Amavubi of Rwanda on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali, before welcoming Zimbabwe’s Warriors four days later in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Rwanda currently tops Group C of the qualifiers with seven points from four matches, while Nigeria sits fifth with three points, ahead of last-placed Zimbabwe.
