Nigeria’s Super Eagles are set to open their training camp on November 10, 2024, in Abidjan, ahead of a crucial 2025 AFCON qualifier against the Cheetahs of Benin Republic, according to an authoritative source.
All invited professional players are expected to fly directly to the Ivorian capital from their foreign clubs.
The Super Eagles will face Benin at their adopted home ground on Thursday, November 14, before returning to Uyo to host Rwanda four days later in the final match of their qualifying campaign.
To secure a spot in Morocco 2025, Nigeria needs at least a draw in Abidjan, as the top two teams in the group will advance to the tournament.
