Super Falcons face Tunisia in WAFCON opener, Nigeria drawn in WAFU U-20 Group

Nigeria’s Super Falcons will kick off their campaign at the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (Morocco 2024) against Tunisia on July 6.

According to the fixtures released for the tournament, the Group B match, billed for the Larbi Zaouli Stadium, will kick off at 5 p.m.

Three days later, at 8 p.m. at the same venue, the Falcons will take on Botswana, before rounding off their group games against Algeria at 8 p.m. on July 13, also at the same venue.

Meanwhile, Nigeria has been drawn in Group B of the WAFU A&B U-20 Boys’ Cup, scheduled to be held in Ghana.

Nigeria will compete with four other teams: Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali, and Niger Republic.

The tournament is expected to take place from June 15 to June 30 in Ghana.
