In addition, the company listed several institutions, embassies and business locations impacted by the outage, including Bolingo Hotel, the National Hospital, the European Union office, the National Planning Commission and the embassies of Pakistan, India, Sudan, Turkey and Egypt.
The disruption also affected areas such as Garki Village, Garki Market, Treasury House, Yakubu Gowon Street, Kano and Sokoto lodges, Justice Sowemimo Street, TY Danjuma Street and parts of Asokoro and Maitama.
Furthermore, AEDC stated that military and government facilities, including the National Judicial Council, the National Assembly Annex, the Defence Intelligence Agency, the Nigerian Air Force Base, the War College and several barracks, were among the affected locations.
The company also confirmed that communities and facilities around the airport corridor, including Aviation Village, River Park Estate, Shoprite, Dunamis Church and offices of immigration, customs, correctional services and civil defence, were experiencing the outage.
