Three Air Peace passengers arrested for unruly behavior on flight from London

Three passengers aboard an Air Peace flight from London to Lagos were arrested on Wednesday at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, for alleged unruly behavior.

The individuals, identified as Adedigba Adewale, Ashibogu Magnus, and Iwonze Benjamin, reportedly caused a disturbance by forcefully occupying Business Class seats despite being assigned to Economy Class.

Despite repeated instructions from the flight crew to return to their seats, reports reveal that the passengers refused, creating a tense atmosphere.

The situation escalated further when the passengers consumed alcohol they had unlawfully brought onto the flight.

Flight crew reported that the disruptive behavior heightened security concerns, prompting repeated announcements from the captain.

Nigerian security agencies were alerted prior to the plane’s landing, and law enforcement officers apprehended the individuals upon arrival. They have since been taken into custody for further investigation, and legal action is expected to follow.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident.
